We can not refund any completed, embellished or altered order if the client approved any photos, sent email, or text message that they approved the item to produce the order.  All orders are considered custom orders and cannot be used by us or any other clients after being embellished or altered.

If you desire a refund prior to us starting production on your order, we will gladly do so if
